Thirteen artists and ensembles who have created unique pieces of music have been nominated for the Nordic Council Music Prize 2021. They include vocalists, folk musicians, a trumpet player, a pianist, a multi-instrumentalist and a DJ collective. The prize was first awarded in 1965 and recognises the creation and performance of music of a high artistic standard.
